TOKO defines RoHS compliant products as those that do not exceed the maximum allowable concentrations in homogeneous materials (and excluding natural impurities found in the environment) for lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), mercury (Hg), hexavalent chromium (Cr-VI), polybrominated biphenyls (PBB), and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) specified in the Commission Decision of 18 August 2005 or that the products are exempt per the Annex to RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC.

Other legislation or regulations enacted by individual EU members and beyond the specific requirements of RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC and the Commission Decision of 18 August 2005 are not covered by this compliance statement.
