Basing on “Toko Group Basic Operation Charter” which is the concrete embodiment of the spirit as expressed in corporate motto “Let’s achieve the growth of both of the enterprise and employees, and be connected with the world through technology and humanity.” Toko has made ”Toko group CSR policy” as a basic policy of the CSR activity. In this policy, corporate governance, compliance, and risk management are listed as important matters of CSR.
In addition, we make “Toko group CSR behavior standards" as basic internal standards that all directors and employees of Toko should observe to meet the expectation from different sides of society and make efforts to fulfill responsibility as an enterprise.

Corporate Governance

To increase the corporate value continuously, Toko is strengthening the corporate governance.
Toko adopts auditing system and all auditors are composed of the auditors outside Toko.
Besides this, Toko independently sets up nomination advisory committee as an advisory panel concerning the director candidate's nomination and reward advisory committee as an advisory panel concerning directors’ reward, and makes efforts to secure fairness and transparence.
The business audit room audits regularly to secure the propriety of the business of Toko, reports the results to the representative director, and exchanges proper information with auditors or accounting auditors for cooperation.

Compliance
|
| |
Toko carries on corporate activities that follow international laws, custom, local regions’ culture, climate or social rules, aiming at an enterprise reliable by each country and region and developing with them together. And CSR promotion room works out compliance program and leads the progress of compliance.
Moreover, the compliance in charge person is elected from each section and each subsidiary company, the compliance promotion committee is organized as a lower organization of CSR promotion room, and the thoroughness in compliance is aimed at in the entire Toko group.
